My NS Buddy (Broadcast Video)
NS50 was the nation's effort to commemorate 50 years of National Service.
The theme for this half century celebration was 'From Our Generation to Yours'. My task was to produce a broadcast video to showcase what was the most memorable part of being in NS for the pioneers and what can the future generation expect when it's their turn to turn from ah boys to men.
Concept & Strategy
They say "Don't go through life. GROW through it." And what is growth without meeting people who teach you, guide you and believe in you when you don't believe in yourself?

And when you're serving NS, the only source of comfort you might find in is your NS buddy. While NS today is not like NS 50 years ago, the one thing that haven't changed is the brotherhood one created through the blood and sweat and tears.

Hence this 2-minute broadcast video shares stories from 2 different generation of soldiers who both faced different challenges, but pulled through life with the help from their partner.
